Company Profile:
Images Housing Concepts, Inc. was incorporated on May 7, 1986 in the State of New Hampshire and, later on that same year as a foreign corporation in the State of Maine. Its articles of incorporation state its main function to be that of builder; offering new system built housing to consumers, with supporting services of lot development, land acquisition, mortgage assistance, and step-by-step guidance from ordering a home to its completion. Each officer and employee of the corporation is functioning in a department that best suits her/his area of expertise and cumulatively, the corporation represents many years of experience in the industry or related fields.

Since its inception, Images has been involved in the construction of numerous residential and multifamily dwellings, as well as mid to large size commercial projects. Servicing New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, Images can provide home packages to suit almost everyone's geographical, financial and family needs.

Images' success stems, in part, from its constant affiliation with area developers and its strong commercial relationships with a network of experts in all phases of the building industry. This allows Images constant and immediate access to land availability and those services which are imperative to the success of any project staying on time and on budget.

Images has an in-house project managing department and an affiliated real estate and mortgage division. Always on the cutting edge, Images is the first of its kind to offer full in-house service from start to finish on any project regardless of size or complexity.
