When you locate property that suits your needs, Images can assist you during the negotiation process, to ensure the purchase and sales agreement will include appropriate conditions, to protect your interests.

If you already own your property, Images' full service "site development" department is comprised of an experienced project manager who will evaluate your property during your feasibility stage. Our project manager will check for wetland, set backs  and will research all the costs associated with preparing the property to accept your new home. A detailed budget worksheet will be provided to you for your review. Prior to finals, a detailed summary of each service will be drawn up so that there are no questions as to what you are receiving for services. Our project manager will ensure that all the proper permits are ready when you are, work with you on the placement of your home on the property and manage the day-to-day scheduling of all the trades, to complete your project on time and within budget.

Images Housing Concepts also has an affiliated in-house "Mortgage Division" available. A program has specifically been developed to meet the needs for the the construction process. The process has been streamlined to make it easy for you to secure construction to permanent financing at competitive rates. Unlike other construction processes, the mortgage division will assume all responsibilities of inspections, RSA postings, surveys and securing of funds from your construction pool to insure an efficient and timely project completion. Completing your "Loan Application" in advance and gathering all appropriate data prior to your consultation will help expedite your project.
