When you first visit Images Housing Concepts, you will be provided with an impressive list of "how to" and "what next" tutorials. All of these tutorials were created as an educational tool to enable
even the first time home builder to proceed to construction, with a sense of comfort and understanding. The tutorials are specific to Images Housing
Concepts' unique five phase approach to any construction project and Images' ability, through professional staffing, to ensure guidance through each phase.
We have itemized herein, with minimal description, some of the documents available to you. When you first visit Images, you will be assigned a builder representative who will be your personal guide. He/she will provide you with the tutorials as you need them and
will be your liaison with all other departments from design & planning, through site engineering & mortgage application.
It is Images' goal to make your home building process as stress free and enjoyable as we can. It is our firm belief that the process starts with education and understanding.. it is processed with honesty and integrity and results in trust and satisfaction. Together, we can "bring you home".
Construction Guide: This 9 page guide will educate you on the procedure and phases that your building project will undergo. It will document the up front costs you can expect and will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the process.
Feasibility Study: This study will be presented at the end of the feasibility phase of your construction process. It's intent will be to provide you an initial itemization of site development
costs, preliminary blue prints of your chosen house design, verification of your home construction costs, and, initial pre-qualification certificate from
the in-house mortgage affiliate.
Our Price Includes: This five page itemized list eliminates any concern as to hidden costs or worry of cost over runs. It will itemize for
you everything that is included in the base price of our homes encompassing both materials, labor and outside services.
Site Development Summary: This sample development template itemizes your "wish list" of desired site improvements. During the initial phase of your construction process, you will be provided an itemization of cost directly relating to your "wish list" and sample descriptive language of each service.
Client Checklist: This comprehensive checklist covers every detail of your home's design, décor, electrical, and optional features. This list helps take the concern out of your final review, and if followed, will ensure that you won't forget some very important detail.
